HI, I'M NORIĀ
AnĀ activist-diplomat-philosopherĀ with a deep love for people who want to change the world. From an early age, myĀ strong sense of justice often got meĀ into trouble,Ā from playground fights to fiery debates at the United Nations.
IĀ once walked the halls of the UN to confront ambassadors about human rights, and trained queer activists from Costa Rica to Bangkok.
After pushing for change for more than a decade, IĀ came to a grinding halt: a burnout.Ā That moment became a turning point. IĀ realized that personal and collective well-being is essential for healthy activism.Ā That you canāt keep exploiting yourself for the higher good. IĀ have made it myĀ mission to help idealists protect their wellbeing and integrity while making a difference.
At Embassy of Change, IĀ create rare spaces where people feel safe enough to ask existential questions and brave enough to strategize for real change. I workĀ is deeply intuitive and fueled by philosophy, justice, and a burning hope: not naĆÆve optimism, but a clear-eyed belief in whatās possible.
I'mĀ here to help others keep going, stay whole, and lead change that actually lasts.Ā
STOP STRUGGLING ALONE.
START MAKING THE IMPACT YOU WERE BORN TO MAKE
Healthy activism is a quiet revolution.
It begins within: in the breath you take before you speak truth to power.
In the pause that protects your fire from burning out.
Itās the radical idea that saving the world should not cost you your soul.
At Embassy of Change, we believe that real change is not fuelled by burnout or sacrifice.
Healthy activism is a way of being that honours both your mission and your humanity.
It is choosing to lead with integrity, even when the world is noisy.
It is making space for joy and rest, even in the midst of urgency.
It is knowing that your wellbeing is not a personal luxury, but a collective responsibility.
Because when we tend to the health of the movement, to the bodies, minds and hearts behind the work, then we donāt just protect each other,Ā but we heal ourselves.
Healthy activism calls us back into community.
Because when we care for the changemakers, we make change sustainable.
And when we act from wholeness, our impact is not only louder: it lasts.
