CO-AUTHOR · 40+ COUNTRIES
Commissioned by COC Netherlands and the Equal Rights Coalition, I co-authored a practical guide for diplomats on engaging safely and effectively with LGBTI civil society. It's available to diplomats of all 40+ ERC member states and comes with an e-course and a webinar I developed for the full coalition.

MOVEMENT MEDIATION & FACILITATED DIALOGUE
When the team STOPS TALKING
Movements run on conviction. That's their strength, until conviction turns colleagues into opponents. Sometimes a well-facilitated dialogue is enough to get people talking again; sometimes a team needs mediation. I use Deep Democracy to bring every voice into the room, including the minority view nobody dares to say out loud, so a team can disagree and still work together.
FROM PRACTICE
I mediated in a team that could no longer talk to one another after sharply divided views on Israel and Palestine, with some members far more activist than others. After three sessions, the team agreed on how to handle the topic at work, and started collaborating again
